Houston's Downtown Redevelopment Progress

Since 1995, construction projects totaling more than $4 billion have been completed or are underway downtown. Projects in pre-construction phases total another $230 million.

The downtown redevelopment progress list provides details on all construction projects downtown since 1995. It is updated on an ongoing bais. Projects are listed alphabetically by year of completion. The list includes public and private sector projects. (Some private costs are estimated or otherwise not available. This list does not include interior renovations unless the entire building, including its exterior, is part of the project scope.)
