Your Card Balance
You don’t need to spend your gift card balance all at once. The Downtown Card can carry a balance. Visit www.GetMyBalance.com or call 1-800-755-0085 to check your available balance as well as find out the latest information on your gift card account.
For ease of use, we encourage you to track your balance by writing it on the back of your card and or check your available balance before you make a purchase.
Your balance will also be printed on the receipt from your last purchase. There may be only a few instances, such as on some of the theater ticket receipts, when the balance may not be printed on the receipt.
Gratuities
You cannot use your gift card to pay for gratuities (tipping). Please remember how important tipping is to service personnel and be sure to use another form of payment, cash or credit card, to cover that expense.
Gift Card Expiration
Your gift card will not expire, however, if you still have a balance left a year after purchase, $2.50 per month will be debited from the card each month, starting the 13th month, by the gift card service provider until the card balance is $0. One way of avoiding the $2.50 fee is to transfer your balance onto a new card. That can be done online or at one of the locations that sells The Downtown Card.

We are unable to replace lost or stolen cards at this time.
